For use when baking with the Ultra Cook Kit. I used to put the coals right on top of the aluminum pans but I realized that due to the high conductivity of aluminum it was quickly “sucking” the life out of the coals.  By raising the coals off the aluminum the coals stay hot for MUCH longer!
